A. Evelyn (Cottreau) Marinelli passed away at the Epoch Senior Care Center in Melrose, on May 27th, she was 86. Born to the late Anselme & Adelta (LeBlanc) Cottreau, Evelyn was raised in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia and came to the United States in her 20s. Mrs. Marinelli lived in East Boston for 5 years and has been a resident of Melrose since 1952. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, a homemaker and a longtime member of St. Marys Church in Melrose. Evelyn was the wife of the late Anthony L. Marinelli. Mother of John A. Marinelli & his wife Charlene of Melrose, Cheryl Marinelli Baltrunas & her husband Carl of CA, Karl A. & Gerard J. Marinelli both of Melrose. Grandmother of Julie A. Zannoni & her husband Kenneth of Andover & John A. Marinelli Jr. of Melrose. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Wed. May 31st at 8AM. Funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Tues. 2-4 & 7-9PM. Interment in Puritan Lawn Cemetery in Peabody.
