Andrew Joseph Golding, beloved son of Marilyn (Decoste) Weddelton and the late Edward Golding died suddenly on December 7, 2024.

Born and raised in Melrose, Andrew attended Melrose Public Schools and graduated from the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School in 1985. Upon graduating, Andrew enlisted in the US Army and proudly served his country as an Army Ranger from 1985 - 1989.

For the past 35 years he resided primarily in Billerica. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed his time on the local rivers and ponds. He worked as a carpenter.

In addition to his mother, Andrew is survived by his two brothers Stephen of Danville, NH and Christopher of Billerica and a multitude of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral and burial services will be private. A memorial will be held at later date.
