Andrew S. McKnight, of Melrose, died March 8, 2017 at the age of 46. Andrew was born in Malden on January 23, 1971. He was raised in Melrose and graduated from Melrose High School in 1989. Andrew worked in several restaurants in Boston and Melrose. He will be greatly missed by his family & friends. He was the father of Padraig & Colin. Beloved son of James & Veronica (O'Hara) McKnight of Melrose. Brother of Lisa Allison & her husband Scott of Billerica, Kim McKnight, Liam McKnight, Matthew McKnight, all of Melrose, and Kathleen McKnight of Saugus. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends. Visiting Hours will be held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose, on Monday, March 13, from 5:00-8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home at 10 AM on FRIDAY, March 17th. Interment at Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose. Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend.
