Anna W. Pistorino's Obituary

Anna W. Pistorino of Wilmington, formerly of Melrose & Revere. Died in her home after a lengthy illness at the age of 76. Anna was born & raised in Revere and graduated from Revere High School in 1944. She lived in Melrose for 37 years and the last 10 years in Wilmington. Anna was a homemaker and a member of the Women's Guild at Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Wakefield for many years. She was the wife of Leo L. Pistorino of Wilmington for 51 years. Mother of Robert L. Pistorino and his fianc Marie of Kihei, Hawaii, Richard Pistorino and his wife Karen of W. Yarmouth, William Pistorino and his wife Roxana of Melrose, Anne Marie Giuliano and her husband Richard of Winchester, Mark J. Pistorino and his wife Lynne of Wakefield and Donna M. Amidon and her husband Kevin of Billerica. Sister of William, Antonio, and Benjamin Abbene, all of Revere and the late Dante Abbene. Also survived by 9 Grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Wed. May 7th at 8AM. Funeral Mass in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield at 9AM. Relative & friends invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8PM. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery in Wilmington. In lieu of flowers contributions made be made to the Catholic Charities of your choice or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
