Anna J. Roma passed away at Lexington Health Care Center in Lexington, on April 11th, she was 90. Anna was born and raised in Roxbury and graduated from Roxbury Memorial High School, Class of 1932. Mrs. Roma lived in Somerville for 13 years and in Melrose since 1956. She worked as a computer operator at Automatic Radio in Malden for 20 years, was a member of St. Marys Church in Melrose and the Ladies Sodality at St. Marys. Anna was the wife of the late John A. Roma. Mother of John R. Roma & his wife Jean of Arlington, Paul K. Roma & his wife Jean of Cotuit, Carol A. Parker & her husband Errol of ME and Catherine M. Roma of CA. Sister of Richard M. Keane of Pittsfield and the late Sr. Mary Keane S.N.D., Thomas Keane, Rose Manning and Margaret Fox. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Friday April 15th at 10AM. Funeral mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 11AM. Relatives and friends invited.
