Carmen L. Donnaruma, of Melrose, passed away at his home on September 22, 2023, at 91years of age.

Carmen was born & raised in East Boston and served proudly in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. He resided in East Boston for most of his life and Melrose for the past 26 years. Carmen worked as a Meat Cutter for Lampert Beef of Boston and Noe & Son in Boston for many years prior to his retirement. He was the beloved husband of the late Rose (Scalfani) Donnaruma. Loving father of the late Anthony Donnaruma and the late Sabatino Donnaruma.

A Mass of Christian Burial  will be held at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 6, 2023, at Saint Mary's Church, 4 Herbert Street, Melrose.

Followed by a burial at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
