Carole M. (Dunn) McClosky, of Melrose, formerly of Somerville, died at the Golden Living Center in Melrose on March 24, 2009 at the age of 70. Carole was born & raised in Somerville and a graduate of Somerville High School, Class of 1956. She resided in Somerville for most of her life and lived the past few years in Melrose. Carole served her country as an Army Veteran and a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Cambridge for many years. Carole was the loving mother of Lawrence J. McClosky of FL and Valerie J. Roderick & Carole's caring son in law Bruce of Plaistow, NH. Devoted daughter of the late Lawrence & Mary (Hunzelman) Dunn. Sister of the late Betty Morgan. Cherished grandmother of Brendan, Michael, Mary Elizabeth and Lora. Visiting hours will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Friday March 27th from 4-8PM.
