Catherine M. (Pelaggi) Carrabis, of Melrose, died at her home on Feb. 6, 2005 at the age of 89. Catherine was born in Dobbs Ferry, NY, raised in Everett and was a graduate of Everett High School. She was a homemaker and lived in Melrose for over 60 years. Catherine the beloved wife of James R. Carrabis. Loving mother of Dr. William J. Carrabis & his companion Patricia Francis of Norwood and Frances E. Kelliher & her husband Kevin of Reading. Devoted sister of Josephine Amoroso & her late husband Americo of Melrose, Marie Lily Gattozzi & her late husband Michael of Melrose, Marian Carello & her late husband Lino of Reading, and the late Annette Pelaggi and Eleanor Yamello.
