Cheryl L. Fairbrother, 65, of Sandown, NH passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Born in Saugus, MA to Dorothy (Howard) Serozynsky and the late Robert Whittredge. Cheryl was raised in Saugus, MA and later moved to Merrimac, MA where she graduated from Pentucket Regional High School.

She worked as an insurance agent for the last 20 years, forming close connections with both her coworkers and clients alike. Her enthusiasm for connecting with and helping others lead her to volunteer work. She volunteered for Special Olympics for many years, as well as in Hampton, NH, where she won the Hampton Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the year award in 2015. Her true passion, though, was to be a Mom and a Nana. She loved her two girls and her grandchildren immensely, as well as many beloved pets over the years. Cheryl will be remembered for showing warmth to everyone she met and greeting everyone with a smile on her face. She had a constant sense of selflessness and was always willing to put others needs before her own.

Cheryl is survived by her mother, Dorothy; her daughter Kayla (Fairbrother) MacCorkle and husband Michael, and their 2 children Dillon and Harrison, daughter Kristen (Fairbrother) Wagner and husband Travis; Aunt Susan (Howard) Noonan and her husband Michael, and Aunt Ruth Howard. She also leaves behind siblings Carol Whittredge, Jon Batchelder, Marybeth Serozynsky, Dawn Whittredge, Bobby Whittredge, Lori Whittredge, Kevin Whittredge, Kathy Whittredge, Tommy Whittredge, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her beloved stepfather, Richard Serozynsky and nephew Gregory Serozynsky.

Services and Celebration of life will be held Saturday, Jan 3, 2026. Calling hours and service will be at New Hope Assembly of God in Saugus, MA. Calling hours 11:00am-12:00pm, service at 12:00pm. Celebration of life to follow, location to be determined.
