David P. Brincheiro of Melrose died on Friday, April 27, 2012 at the Winchester Nursing Center. He was only 44 years old. Born on March 19, 1968 in Somerville, Massachusetts, he was one of three sons to Maria A. (Loureiro) Brincheiro & the late Francisco Brincheiro. He was raised in Somerville & Medford and a 1986 graduate of Medford High School. David later graduated from the University of Massachusetts of Boston in 1998 as a Hydro Geologist. Mr. Brincheiro worked in his field for IES Environmental Services for 12 years. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, the beach, the Patriots, Bruins & Red Sox, doing home renovations, coaching baseball for the Churchill Little League of Melrose & darts with the Commonwealth Dart League. But, above all this, his family was the most important thing in his life. David was the cherished son of Maria A. (Loureiro) Brincheiro & the late Francisco Brincheiro, loving brother of Frank Brincheiro & his wife Nancy of Melrose & Verge Brincheiro & his wife Li, also of Melrose. Beloved Uncle of William, Alex, Anna, Alberto & Bennecio. Caring nephew of many aunts, uncles and is also survived by many cousins. Visiting hours Wednesday, May 2nd in the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose from 4-8PM. A Celebration of David's Life will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at 10AM in the funeral home. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. Interment is private.
