Deborah J. (Brown) Sullivan, of Melrose, died unexpectedly at home on July 11, 2007 at the age of 50. Deborah was born in Winchester, raised in Woburn and a graduate of Woburn High School, Class of 1974. She worked as a Clinical Assistant for the Melrose Wakefield Hospital for many years and also as a Traffic supervisor for the Melrose Police Dept. for over 10 years. Deborah loved knitting & crafts, her dogs & cats and enjoyed traveling to Aruba. She was the loving daughter of the late Maurice & Phyllis (Coleman) Brown. Devoted mother of Keri J. Sullivan of Melrose. Caring sister of Lynda Blake & her husband Jack of Woburn and the late Cheryl Brown. Former wife of Richard J. Sullivan Jr. and daughter in law of Richard Sr. & Margaret Sullivan of Woburn. Aunt of Brian Blake of Nashua. Deborah had a special love for her dog Brittani Jean. Also survived by many friends & family. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Tues. July 17th at 10AM. Funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St., Melrose at 11AM.
