Debra Ann (Berran) Watson "Debbie" of Billerica, died on Friday, November 23, 2012 at the Baker Katz Nursing Center of Haverhill. She was only 56 years old. Born on December 24, 1955 in Chelsea, Massachusetts, she was raised in Melrose and a 1973 graduate of Melrose High School. Debbie worked as a computer fabricator with Analog Devices of Wilmington for 25 years after working at Tectonics of Wakefield. She was a loving, gentle & generous person who loved all animals, especially endangered species (tigers, lions, etc.) and enjoyed drawing. She was the devoted daughter of Laura (LaFreniere) Berran of Reading & the late Thomas Berran. Loving sister of Mari Teresa Miller & her husband Wayne of Newark, CA & Thomas F. Berran, Jr. of Lowell. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Caring partner of the late Joe Hallinan. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Friday, November 30th at 9AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose at 10AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Thursday from 4-7PM.
