Denise E. ( Belmonte ) Heath, 46, died at her home in Derry NH after a lengthy illness. Born in Revere, she was raised in Melrose and graduated from Melrose High class of 1975. Denise was an office manager at Parkland Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Derry for 3 yrs. She was the wife of Albert B. Heath Jr of Derry, NH. Mother of Albert B. III, Adam J. & Melissa Ann Heath, all of Derry, NH. Daughter of Stephen Belmonte of Wakefield and the late Angela 'Ann' Belmonte. Sister of Carol O'Donnell & her husband William and Susan Ferguson & her husband Paul, both of Wakefield. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Friday Sept. 12th at 9AM. Funeral mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 10AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours on Thursday 5-9PM. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701-4688. Burial will be in Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
