Domenic A. Lapio died suddenly at work in Franklin NH on March 24th at the age of 64. Domenic was born in Waterbury CT, graduated from Waterbury High School Class of 1956 and Canaan Technical School in CT. He was a licensed electrician for over 45 years working for Capital Electronics in Reading MA for many years and R&T Electrical of Concord NH the past 7 years. He was the father of Donna M. Libby of Waterboro ME and Hattie Jean Pellegrino of Limercik ME. Devoted companion of Maria Zizza of Melrose. Devoted friend of Maria's daughter Maria J. Caggiano of Littleton and Maria's late son Paul Zizza. Brother of Ralph Lapio of CT. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Sunday March 30th at 8:00PM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours will be held prior to the funeral service on Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00PM. Internment will be private.
