Doris L. (Binda) McCann passed away at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington on March 28th at the age of 74. Doris was born and raised in Dorchester, she lived in Somerville for several years and the past 22 years in Medford. She worked as a secretary at the Youville School of Nursing in Cambridge for over 20 years. She was the wife of the late Alfred V. McCann who passed away on December 19, 2002. Mother of Nancy D'Amico of Woburn, Edward Sears of Medford, Carole Mack of Auburn, NH and Carol Mills of Oviedo, FL.. Sister of Leonard Binda of Medford and Gertrude Whelan of Braintree. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Monday March 31st at 7:00PM.
