Dorothy C. (Brazeau) Brewer died after a short illness at Melrose Wakefield Hospital on Nov. 8th at the age of 63. She was born in Cambridge, raised in Weymouth and graduated from Weymouth High School. Dorothy was a homemaker. She lived in Hull for 18yrs and Melrose the past 21 yrs. She was the wife of the late George J. Brewer Jr.. Mother of George J. Brewer and Mark Carroll both of Melrose. Sister of Barbara A. Spinney of Derry NH and Ann M. Alexander of Weymouth. Grandmother of Erin Carroll of Melrose. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Tuesday Nov. 13 at 9:30 AM. Funeral mass in St. Mary's Church Herbert St. Melrose at 10 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home on Tues. morning from 9:00-9:30 AM.
