Dorothy M. (Whitehorne) LeGrow Strickler passed away at Beverly Hospital after a lengthy illness at the age of 83. Dorothy was born and raised in Newfoundland Canada, she lived in Melrose for 25 years, Port St. Lucie FL for 30 years and the past 3 years in Manchester. She was a homemaker, a former member of the 1st Methodist Church in Melrose & Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast Christian Church in Port St. Lucie. Dorothy was the wife of the late Herbert L. LeGrow. Mother of Donald A. LeGrow & his wife Charlotte of MD and Ruth E. Healey & her husband Jerry of Manchester. Sister of Nina Hatcher, Joyce Pye and Lloyd Whitehorne all of Newfoundland. Grandmother of Kelli Petri, Kim Slonieski, Jake, Kara & Katie Healey. Great grandfather of PJ, Jack, Sam, Tess, John Henry and Isabelle. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
