Obituary

Dorothy A. (Randall) Sullivan died at Kindred Hospital in Peabody Sept.18th at the age of 77. Dorothy was born and raised in Malden and graduated from Malden High Class of 1942. She lived in Melrose from 1958-1992 and has lived in Andover the past 9 yrs.. Dorothy worked as a secretary for several companies in the Boston area and had worked for Greater Boston Legal Services for several years retiring in 1991. Dorothy was active in the Andover Senior Center, a member of St. Augustine Church in Andover and a former member of St. Mary's Church in Melrose. She was the wife of the late John A. Sullivan. Mother of John T. Sullivan & his wife Kamariah of CA, Joan M. Feeley & her husband Thomas of Andover, William F. Sullivan & his wife Karen of Saugus, Barbara J. Nicholson & her husband Clifford of N.Billerica, Mary Ann Bruce & her husband Christopher of New Bedford, David R. Sullivan & his wife Rose of Malden, Robert J. Sullivan of Dracut, James E. Sullivan & his wife Candice of Dover and Thomas M. Sullivan & his wife Rebecca of Melrose. Sister of Ruth Goodrick of KS and Lillian Larkin of FL. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Sat. Sept. 22nd at 8AM. Funeral mass in St. Mary's Church Herbert St. Melrose at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8PM. Memorial contributiuons may be made to American Lung Assoc. of Middlesex County P.O. Box 265 Burlington 01803. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery Melrose.
