Edward Vozzella Jr., of Peabody, died at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston on Feb. 7th at 50 years of age. Edward was born in Medford, raised in Saugus, was a graduate of Saugus High School, Class of 1977. He went on to earn his degree from Brandeis University in 1981 and received his Master's degree from University of Massachusetts in 1985. Ed worked as a Financial Planner for NStar in Westwood for over 20 years. Edward was always a hard worker, very artistic, enjoyed music, dancing and adored the companionship of his 2 loving dogs, Curly & Rosie. He was the beloved husband of Jane M. (Walker) Vozzella. Loving son of Gloria (Mancini) & the late Edward Vozzella of Saugus. Cherished father of Clayton J. & Olivia E. Vozzella. Caring brother of Gail A. Vozzella of Saugus. Also survived by 2 nieces. A funeral service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Saturday, Feb. 13th at 11AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Friday from 4-8PM. Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
