Elaine Rose (Dinati) Harrington died at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH on January 27, 2020. She was 70 years of old. Elaine was born and raised in Melrose, attended Melrose Schools and lived most of her life in Melrose. Elaine has been a resident of Raymond, NH for the past 32 years. Elaine was a dedicated mother and grandmother who cherished the times spent with her family. She loved carrying on the tradition of making homemade pizza with her family. Elaine loved the Hallmark Channel, watching her soap operas, especially General Hospital and enjoyed taking trips with her children to the White Mountains and Lake Winnipesaukee. Elaine is the beloved mother of Kimberly Boig of Newburyport and David P. Harrington & his wife Elisa of Methuen. Proud grandmother of Montgomery & Olivia Harrington. Caring sister of Daniel Dinati & his wife Jean of Methuen. Loving aunt of Jill Garipay & Kristin Balch. She was also survived by many extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Sunday, February 2, 2020 from 2:00-5:00PM. Funeral procession from Gately Funeral Home on Monday morning February 3rd at 9:00AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church 9 Herbert St. Melrose at 10AM. Interment at Wyoming Cemetery in Melrose. Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend.
