Elaine T. (Cotreau) Puglisi passed away at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Wednesday July 17, 2013. She was 82 years of age. Elaine was born, raised and educated in East Boston. Elaine moved to Melrose in 1964 and has been a resident for the past 49 years. She worked as a real estate broker at Brad Hutchinson Real Estate here in Melrose for over 30 years. She was a member of the Middlesex Board of Realtors, was a longtime member of Incarnation Church and she loved to travel. She will be sorely missed by all her family and friends. Elaine was the beloved wife of 56 years to the late Peter C. Puglisi. Devoted mother of Denise L. Pizzano & her husband Charles of Melrose. Cherished grandmother of David C. Pizzano & Nicole L. Pizzano of Melrose. Sister of the Late Leonard W. Cotreau. Also survived by many devoted relatives, friends and Nicole's pet Lucia. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Monday, July 22nd, at 9:00AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Incarnation Church, 425 Upham St. Melrose at 10:00AM. Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday from 2:00-5:00PM. Burial at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
