Elizabeth A. ( Adams ) Hollister, 86, died at GlenRidge Nursing Care Center, Medford, Tuesday evening after a brief illness. Born and raised in Cooperstown ND, she graduated from Anoka, Minnesota, High School in 1934 and received her BA at the University of Minn. in 1938. She was a former resident of Cambridge and Walpole, and had resided in Mattapoisett for the past 14 years. Elizabeth was the wife of the late John H. Hollister. Mother of Susan E. Hollister of Melrose, Thomas A. Hollister of Mountainside, NJ, and Daniel M. Hollister of Libertyville, IL. Sister of Sally Winland of PA and the late Richard Adams. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Memorial services will be held at a later date. There are no visiting hours.
