Ellen Mary (Horan) McIntyre passed away at Melrose- Wakefield Hospital July 15th at the age of 60. Ellen was born and raised in Newton, graduated from Newton High School, and has been a resident of Melrose for the past 31yrs. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Church in Melrose. Ellen was the wife of Thomas J. McIntyre. Mother of John T. McIntyre & his wife Tara of ME, Brian P. McIntyre of Melrose, Kevin A. McIntyre & his wife Barbara of ME, Laura M. McIntyre of Melrose and Thomas J. McIntyre of ME. Grandmother of Corey, Meaghan, Derek, Shane, Jared, Danielle, Jacob, Brian, Trevor and Connor. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Thurs. July 18th at 8AM. Funeral mass in St. Mary's Church Herbert St. Melrose at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Wed. 7-9PM only. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery Melrose.
