Ellen Nellie ODonohue, of Melrose, died at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford on April 22, 2005 at the age of 84. Nellie was born in Mullagh, Ireland and came to the United States in 1961. She worked as a housekeeper at the Presentation Manor Nursing Home in Brighton for many years until her retirement at the age of 65. Nellie was the loving sister of Patrick ODonohue of Ireland and the late Nora Lyons & Bridget Boyle. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand nephews and many cousins. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Marys Church Herbert St., Melrose on Tuesday April 26, 2005 at 9AM. Relatives & friends invited. There will be no visiting hours. Burial will take place in Ireland.
