Elsie Constantine, of Somerville, passed away at the Elmhurst Healthcare in Melrose on May 23, 2021 at the age of 89. Elsie was born and raised in Somerville & a graduate of Somerville High School. She was a lifelong Somerville resident, avid reader and always enjoyed having lunch & traveling with her girlfriends. Elsie was a former member of St. John's Albanian Church and a very active member of St. George Albanian Orthodox Church, both in South Boston. She was a weekly recipient, a generous donor, as well as baking for all of the church activities. She loved taking trips to Greece, Florida and Europe with her family. Elsie was the loving daughter of the late Samuel & Olympia (Lazar) Constantine. Caring sister of Phillip S. Constantine & his wife Judith of Saugus and the late Claire Apostle. Devoted aunt of Troy Constantine, Marc Constantine, Jill Chapman. Gail Caicedo, Paul Apostle, and Anita Escobar. Also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives & friends. Funeral Services will be private.
