Elvena V. (Braley) Fall died at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Nov. 24th at the age of 86. Elvena was born and raised in Burnham, Maine and has been a resident of Melrose for over 65 years. She was a homemaker, a crossing guard in Melrose for a few years and worked as a clerk at Grant's Department Store in Melrose for several years. Elvena was the wife of the late Roy H. Fall. Mother of Roy H. Fall Jr. & his wife Pauline of Melrose and the late Robert H. Fall & Nancy C. Richard. Sister of Wendall Braley & Adeline Ready both of Maine. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Friday Nov. 28th at 11AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Wednesday from 3-7PM. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
