Emma T. (Fairbanks) Glover passed away at Harborside Healthcare of Wakefield on March 13, 2007, she was 89. Emma was born in Stoneham, raised in Acton, graduated from Acton High School and was a member of the Fairbanks Family of Dedham. She moved to Melrose after high school and has been a resident ever since. Mrs. Glover was a homemaker, a member of the Melrose Highlands Congregational Church and the Melrose Garden Club. Emma was the wife of the late George R. Glover. Mother of Curtis F. Glover & his wife Elaine, F. Carolyn Wiltshire & her husband Bruce all of Melrose. Grandmother of Jeffrey, Amy, Jennifer, John & Joshua. Great grandmother of Christopher, Ashley, Caitlin, Kimberly, Carlos & Keira. Sister of Frances (Marshall) Dawes of NH. A Funeral Service will be held at the Melrose Highlands Congregational Church, 355 Franklin St. Melrose, on Friday, March 16th at 11AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Thurs. from 4:00-8:00PM. Interment in Wyoming Cemetery Melrose.
