Eugene D. Moulaison passed away at his home in Melrose on September 18, 2007. He was 75 years of age. Eugene was born and raised in Wakefield, attended Wakefield schools and lived in Wakefield most of his life. He was a US Army Korean War Veteran. Mr. Moulaison worked for the Town of Wakefield in the DPW Department for over 30 years. He lived in Billerica for 5 years and Melrose the past 2 years. Eugene was well liked through out the community and was often seen walking around Wakefield. Mr. Moulaison loved the Red Sox & Patriots, talking about the old times, Dunkin Donuts and enjoyed history books about the war. Eugene was the son of the late Vincent & Arthenise (Burbine) Moulaison. Brother of the late Shirley Burns & David Malonson. Uncle of Cheryl Ferguson, Karen Landry, Kathleen Leach, Christine Albert, Sharon Lavery and Dan Malonson. Also survived by many grand nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Friday, Sept. 21st at 11AM. Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 11:30AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Friday morning from 9:30-11:00AM. Burial in Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
