Evelyn M. Crowley died after a long illness at Melrose Wakefield Hospital March 14th at the age of 57. She was born in Stoneham, raised in Malden and has been a longtime resident of Melrose. She worked at Automatic Radio in Melrose as a tester for many years. Evelyn was a longtime meber of St. Mary's Church, was on the Malden Lancers Drill Team for many years, was involved with the local bowling league and she was an ultra Elvis fan. She was the daughter of the late Michael J. & Ethel (Jones) Crowley. Sister of Helen Noonan of Wakefield, Patricia Williams of Bridgewater and the late Mary Barter. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Mon. March 19th at the 8 AM. Funeral mass in St. Mary's Church Melrose at 9 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visititng hours Sunday from 2 - 5 PM Burial in Wyoming Cemetery Melrose.
