Frances Cerulle of Melrose, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2025. She was 98 years old, born in 1926 to the late Antonino and Giulia (DeSimone) DiNatale in Boston, MA.

She graduated from Malden High School and Boston University. She had been a resident of Melrose since 1960. Mrs. Cerulle initially worked as a teacher. She later worked as a bookkeeper. Frances shared 56 years of marriage with the late Joseph Cerulle. She loved her husband, her five children and her 4 grandchildren. She enjoyed Sudoku puzzles, traveling, reading, working in her yard as a landscaper, gardener.

She was the loving wife of the late Joseph Cerulle, mother of Linda M. Mancini and her late husband Stephen M. of NH, Jo-Ann Libby and her late husband Dyer of Melrose, Victoria Cerulle and her husband William E. Ryan, Esq. of NH, Vincent J. Cerulle and his wife Patricia of Cape Cod and Anthony J. Cerulle and his wife Karla of Wakefield. Grandmother of Maxwell V. and Isabella B. Cerulle and Joseph P. and James A. Cerulle. Sister of the late Rose Frongillo and her late husband William Frongillo of Stoneham and Julie Roberts of Billerica. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Saturday, September 27th at 10:30AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Saturday, 9-10:30AM. Interment in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
