Frank J. Paladino, of North Reading, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024, at the age of 93.

Frank was the second of three sons born to the late Vittorio and Giovanna (Tusa) Paladino. He was raised in East Boston until his teen years when the family moved to Medford. After graduating from Medford High School, Frank enlisted in the United States Coast Guard and served honorably during the Korean War. Following his discharge, Frank enrolled at East Coast Aero Tech where he was trained as an airline mechanic, then went on to work for TWA for 38 years from Idlewild Airport (now JF Kennedy) in New York to Los Angeles International Airport to Logan Airport in Boston.

He was the beloved husband of the late Marilyn (McKnight) Paladino and is survived by his daughter, Joanne Scannell and her husband, David, of Peabody and his son, John Paladino and his wife, Allyson, of North Reading, along with 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his youngest child, Michele.

Visiting Hours will be held on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, from 9:00-10:30 AM at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, 4 Herbert St., Melrose. Interment will follow at Woodbrook Cemetery, 100 Salem St., Woburn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
