Gary John Krieger passed away at the Golden Living Center in West Newton, on July 8, 2008. He was 55 years old. Gary was born and raised in Medford and graduated from Medford High School, Class of 1971. He entered the US Air Force in July of 1971 and served in the armed services for 2 years during the Vietnam War. Mr. Krieger worked in production for the Sweetheart Plastics Company in Wilmington for many years. He lived in Medford most of his life and the past 10 years in Newton. Gary enjoyed being with his friends, going to Pizziaro Uno and playing cards. He was the son of the late Lloyd P. & Jane A. (Mullis) Krieger. Brother of Robert Krieger of Medford, Mary Ellen Kazanjian of FL, Christina Moylan & her husband Thomas of Melrose and the late Jane Puleo & Lloyd P. Krieger Jr. Also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Friday July 11th, at 9AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 10AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Thurs. 6-8PM. Burial in VA National Cemetery in Bourne.
