Genevieve (Russo) Beaudoin passed away at Massachusetts General Hospital on January 29th at the age of 92. Genevieve was born in Watertown MA, was raised in Italy and came back to the US at the age of 13. She lived in Revere for many years, Melrose since 1949 and has wintered in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for the past 30 years. She was a homemaker, one of the founding members of Incarnation Parish in Melrose, a former member of Bellevue Golf Club in Melrose and a member of the Investment Club in Revere. Genevieve was the beloved wife of 65 years to the late Ralph L. Beaudoin. Loving mother of Barbara Shea & her husband Richard of Melrose, Carol Smith of Melrose, Genevieve Scandiffio of Naples, FL and Rosemary Kelley of Wakefield. Devoted grandmother of Michael Shea of Melrose, Patricia Bergey of Bolton, Steven Shea of Melrose, Brian Shea of Newbury, Catherine Thexton of GA, Ruthann Smith of Melrose, Bree Smith of Cambridge, Tara Esperanza of NM, Maryann Scandiffio of FL and Gerald Scandiffio of Wakefield. Also survived by 13 great grandchildren. Dear friend of 79yrs to Helen DiNuccio of Revere. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Wed. Feb. 4th at 9AM.
