Gladys M. (Larsen) O'Neil Curreri died at Sunbridge of North Reading on Nov. 19th at the age of 79. Gladys was born and raised in Woburn, lived in Woburn for many years and Melrose for over 25yrs. She worked as a sales clerk at Lord & Taylor Department Store at the Burlington Mall for 15yrs and had previously worked for Bob Smith's Sporting Goods of Boston as a bookkeeper for several years. Gladys was a member of the Highlands Congregational Church in Melrose and was a former member and CCD teacher at the Woburn Congrational Church. She was the wife of Charles Curreri and the late James F. O'Neil. Mother of Laura A. Fritz of Walpole. Sister of the late Mabel Pierce and Caroline Scott. Grandmother of David Fritz of Walpole & Kristine F. Daley of Medway. Great grandmother of Emily R. Daley. Funeral service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Thurs. Nov. 21st at 10AM. Relatives and friends invited. There are no visiting hours.
