James F. Foley of Malden, formerly of Quincy, passed away Friday, June 15, 2007 at The Town & Country Nursing Center of Lowell. He was 71 years old. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 8, 1936 to Joseph & Nora Foley, he was raised in Jamaica Plain. He had lived in Quincy for 30 years and then at Maplewood Assisted Living in Malden. Mr. Foley joined the Navy after high school and served during the Korean War. He worked as a sales representative with Market Forge of Everett for many years and loved to watch the Red Sox play ball. James was the brother of the late John & Joseph Foley; caring uncle of Mary Foley of Melrose & Joseph Foley of Haverhill; great uncle of Ashley Foley, also of Melrose.
