Jeanette H. (Pellagrini) Bushee passed away at her home in Charlotte, North Carolina, on June 5th, she was 85. Jeanette was born in Boston, raised in Dorchester and graduated from the Jeremiah E. Burke High School in Boston. Mrs. Bushee worked as a clerk at Turnstyle Department Store in Medford for several years, she enjoyed cooking and was a longtime member of St. Marys Church in Melrose. She lived in Melrose for over 50 years and in Charlotte for the past 5 years.Jeanette was the wife of the late Charles W. Bushee. Mother of Richard G. Bushee of NH, June M. McNaught & her husband Gerard of Melrose & NC and Betty A. Searles of NC. Sister of Edward Pellagrini of Weymouth, Robert Pellagrini of Readville, Albert Pellagrini of Wellesley and the late Irene Godinho, Lillian Bogni, William Pellagrini and Marilyn Pugliano. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Thursday June 9th at 8AM. Funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Wed. 4-8PM. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery Melrose.
