Jeanne R. Pothier of Haverhill, formerly of Melrose, died at the Greenbriar Nursing Home in Nashua, NH on Feb. 27, 2005 at the age of 76. Jeanne was born in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia, came to America in 1952 and was the daughter of Roger & Annie LeBlanc. She worked as an Operator for the N.E.Telephone Company for over 30 years in Malden, Lynn and Andover. Jeanne lived in Melrose for 31 years and Haverhill the last 9 years. She was the beloved wife of Benedict J. Dick Pothier. Loving mother of Richard K. Pothier & his wife Susan of Nashua, NH and Robert G. Pothier & his wife Sandra of Tewksbury. Cherished grandmother of Kathryn Pothier of Nashua & Robert Pothier of Tewksbury. Devoted sister of Kathleen Meyer of N. Andover, Louise Levermen of Nova Scotia and the late Ronald & Louis LeBlanc. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Thursday March 3rd at 8AM. Funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St., Melrose at 9AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 5-8PM. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
