Jeanne C. Trimarco, 88, died at Mass General Hospital on Saturday Feb. 24th after a lengthy illness. Jeanne was born & raised in the Bronx, New York City. She lived most of her life in the City until moving to Charlestown MA five yrs ago. Jeanne was a salesperson in Bloomingdale's Dept Store for over 30 yrs in the Elegant Apparel Dept. Her clients were many of the national and international celebrities, including Jackie O., who referred to to her as ''Miss Trim''. She is the mother of former 1st Deputy Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Mass, under Joseph Malone and the mother-in-law of the Honorable Barbara J. Rouse of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Mass. She was the wife of the late Gerard B. Trimarco. Mother of Thomas H. Trimarco and his wife Barbara J. Rouse of Charlestown. Grandmother of Thomas H. Trimarco Jr. of Charlestown, Rosemary Doucette of Peabody, Gerard E. Trimarco of Washington DC and Jeanne M Trimarco of Seattle WA. Also survived by a great granddaughter, Haley. Visiting hours Monday Feb 26 at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W Foster St, Melrose, 4 - 8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Immaculate Conception Church, Gun Hill Road, Bronx, New York on Tuesday Feb 27 at 12 Noon. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx.
