Joseph B. Chicoine, of Melrose, died at his home on August 30, 2009 at the age of 42. Joey was born in Somerville, raised in Melrose and graduate from Melrose High School, Class of 1984. He was a longtime Melrose resident and owner of Metroeast Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning Company for over 20 years. Joey lived his life to the fullest, enjoying his Sunday drives in his Ferrari, his Harley Davidson motorcycle, deep sea fishing, Pacific & Santa Fe Trains, antiques, exotic animals and going to Canada for the Formula One Racing. He loved all kinds of music, AM talk radio, Johnny Cash, Boston sports and reading. Joey was a real renaissance man who wore his heart on his sleeve and would tell what was on his mind. He enjoyed fight night with his friends and hosting his Halloween parties. Joey was the beloved husband of Stacey J. (Pine) Chicoine. Loving son of Joseph & Marsha Chicoine of Melrose. Devoted father of twins William Joseph & Jacqlyn Sophia Chicoine. Caring brother of Danielle Auger & Dana Chicoine, both of Melrose. Son in law of Norma Pine & her late husband Ronald of Framingham. Grandson of Alice Marren of Melrose. Uncle of Ashley & Alissa Auger. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Joe's wife Stacey and the twins: William & Jacqlyn, would like to invite all of Joe's family, relatives and friends to a gathering at Lakeside Cemetery, North Ave. Wakefield, on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Noon.
