Josephine M. (Ranson) Sullivan died unexpectedly at home on April 4th at the age of 84. Josephine was born and raised in Boston, lived in Chelsea and Malden for several years and Melrose the past 19 years. She worked as a scrub nurse in the operating room at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital for over 23 years. She was the daughter of the late Michael & Jennie (MacDonald) Ranson. Sister of Dorothy L. Clark of Melrose and the late Joseph, Michael, William & George Ranson. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be private. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery Melrose.
