Judith E. Matson, of Melrose, passed away on January 20th, 2023 at the age of 80. She was the loving mother of Stephen R. Burnell of Melrose, Scott R. Burnell of AZ, and the late James R. Burnell. Proud grandmother of Nikolai Burnell of Melrose and Inessa Burnell of AZ. Sister of the late Joyce Furia and the late David Matson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose. A Committal Service will be held at Wyoming Cemetery, 205 Sylvan St., Melrose, on Thursday, January 26th, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend.
