Kenneth R. Wyeth, of Malden, died at the Lifecare Center in Stoneham on April 21, 2014 at the age of 82. Ken was born & raised in Melrose and attended Melrose Schools. He went on to serve his country in the Army National Guard and resided in Malden for most of his life. Ken worked as an Assembler for Varian of Lexington for 40 years before his retirement at the age of 65 and also had a 2nd job painting & wallpapering. He enjoyed spending his time with family in the family pool, playing horseshoes, chess and taking rides with his wife to the beach. He was the beloved husband of the late Lena G. (Puleo) Wyeth for 58 years. Loving father of Theresa A. Davidian & her husband Paul of Everett, Nancy K. Wyeth of Malden and the late Annette L. Wyeth. Cherished grandfather of Michael & Maria Davidian, Jennifer Wyeth and Kristen Saldutti. Devoted great grandfather of Evan Valentin. Caring brother of Barbara Carozza of Malden, Marie Whelpley of FL, Frank Wyeth of SC, George Wyeth of NY and the late William Wyeth, Harold Wyeth, Lillian Comeau and Robert Wyeth. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. A funeral service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Friday April 25th at 10AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours prior to the service from 8:30-10AM. Burial in Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield.
