Lois J. (Dawson) Kane passed away at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose on Nov. 3rd at the age of 77. Lois was born in Malden, raised in Somerville, graduated from Somerville High School and lived in Somerville most of her life. She was a homemaker, a former inspector for Transitron Company in Wakefield for 15 years, enjoyed knitting and was a resident of Wakefield for the past 31 years. She is the mother of Susan Kane of Somerville, Priscilla Hiscock of Northwood, NH and Janet Lividoti of Medford. Daughter of the late John & Bertha Worral. Grandmother of James Barlow, Dale & Bemjaman Murdough, Sharon Hiscock, Christine Broider, Elizabeth Schuler and John Kane. Great grandmother of Nicholas, Jared, Zane & Zack Broider and Tyler & Ryan Murdough. A funeral service will be held in the Woodlawn Cemetery Chapel, Elm St. Everett, on Friday Nov. 5th at 11:30AM.
