Louise A. (O'Brien) Fugere died at home July 16 after a long illness at the age of 81. Louise was born and raised in Somerville, graduated from St. Clement's Grammar & St. Clement's High School. She lived in Medford for a few years and Melrose the past 50yrs. Louise worked for over 20yrs as a clerk at Melrose Drug Main St. Melrose. She was the wife of Robert J. Fugere. Mother of Suzanne Y. Camberlain of Saugus and Philippe R. Fugere of Wilmington. Grandmother of Melissa Cunningham, Amanda Camberlain, Nicole & Paul Fugere. Great grandmother of Ryan & Michael Cunningham. Funeral service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Thurs. July 19th at 11 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Wed. 2-4 & 7-9PM.
