Louise D. (Leonard) Madden passed away at the Greenwood Skilled Nursing Facility on July 7th at the age of 88. She was born in Lynn, raised in Melrose and was a lifelong resident of Melrose. Louise was a homemaker and a longtime member of St. Marys Church. She was the wife of the late Daniel F. Madden Sr.. Mother of Daniel F. Madden Jr. of Lynnfield, Carol A. Monacell of VA, Janice L. Carr of Melrose and Charles R. Madden of Lynn. Sister of the late Mildred Bailot and Thomas Leonard. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, the late Jeffrey Madden and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Sat. July 10th at 8AM. Funeral mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited.
