Madelyn M. (Fitzpatrick) Wright died after a short illness at Melrose Wakefield Hospital Sept. 13th at the age of 84. Madelyn was born and raised in Melrose, attended Melrose High School, lived in Malden from 1938 to 1963 and moved back to Melrose in 1963. She worked as a LPN for Malden Hospital for 30yrs and was a member of St. Mary's Church in Melrose. She was the wife of the late Walter W. Wright. Mother of Ruth E. Kee & her husband Robert of PA and W. Lee Wright & his wife Eleanor of Medford. Sister of Barbara MacDonald of Wakefield. Grandmother of Kathleen Kee of Norfolk, Robert J. Kee Jr. of NY, Susan Donohoe & Deborah Kee both of VA. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Sat. Sept. 15 at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church Herbert St. Melrose at 9 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 5-8 PM.
