Margaret A. Cornwall passed away at the Aberjona Nursing Home in Winchester on February 25, 2018. She was 87 years of age. She was born in Ireland on March 12, 1930 to the late William & Annie (Dolan) Cornwall. Margaret came to the United States in 1948. She lived in Boston, Medford, Everett for 20 years and the past few years in Winchester. Margaret worked as a seamstress at Mary Burns Bridal Shop in Boston for many years and was a faithful parishioner at Arch Street Catholic Church in Boston. She was the sister a Kathleen Maillet of Billerica. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends and family can gather at the funeral home on Wednesday morning February 28, 2018 from 8:00-8:30AM before leaving in procession to St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose for a 9:00AM funeral Mass. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden. Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Church, 46 Myrtle St. Melrose, MA 02176 or to the Salesian Boys & Girls Club, 150 Byron St, Boston, MA 02128.
