Margaret A. (Sharpe) Kilty died on Saturday March 30th at Elmhurst Nursing Home in Melrose at the age of 75. She was born and raised in Cambridge, graduated from St. Mary's Grammar & St. Mary's High School in Cambrdige and has lived in Melrose the past 42yrs. Margaret worked as a LPN at Malden Hospital in the nursery for over 25yrs. She was a member of the Melrose DAV and a longtime member of St. Mary's Church in Melrose. Margaret was the wife of the late Francis L. Kilty. Mother of Karen A. Savage & her husband Kenneth of NH, Michael R. Kilty of NH, Francis Kilty & his wife Karen of Danvers and Paula C. Kilty of Melrose. Sister of Mary Breen of S. Boston, Frank Sharpe of Arlington and Pat Adams of N.Hampton. Grandmother of Shawn, Jessica, Christopher, Tanya & Kaitlyn. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Wed. April 3rd at 8 AM. Funeral mass in St. Mary's Church Herbert St. Melrose at 9 AM.
