Margaret M. Wade died suddenly at Melrose Wakefield Hospital Feb. 8th at the age of 94. She was born and brought up in Melrose, attended Melrose Schools and has lived in Melrose most of her life. Margaret has been living in Saugus with her daughter for the past 11yrs. She was a housewife, a member of Incarnation Church in Melrose and a former member of St. Mary's Church. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who cherished the time spent with her family. Margaret was the wife of the late Leroy R. Wade. Mother of Joan M. Hern & her husband Daniel of Saugus. Sister-in-law of Hazel Lucey of Melrose and Betty Lucey of Winchester. Grandmother of David Hern & his wife Francine of NH, Michael Hern & his wife Linda of Wakefield, Donna Lesanto & her husband Paul of Natick, Nancy Waite & her husband Michael of RI and Kevin Hern & his wife Ann Marie of N.Andover. Also survived by 9 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Sat. Feb. 10th at 9AM. Funeral mass in The Church of the Incarnation 425 Upham St. Melrose at 10 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
