Maria S. Muollo-Cabral passed away at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on March 14th, she was 63. Maria was was born in Malden, raised in Everett, graduated from Everett High School and Chandler School of Business in Boston. She lived in Everett for many years, Malden a few years and has been a resident of Melrose since 1993. Maria worked as the Director of the Summer Program at MIT for 34 years. Maria also worked with the engineers at MIT & Lincoln Labs during the first Mercury Spacecraft launch in the 1960s. She was the beloved wife of Francis J. Frank Cabral. Loving sister of Ralph E. Muollo Jr. of Windham, NH. Daughter of the late Ralph E. Muollo Sr. & Josephine (Lumia) Muollo. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Wed. March 16th at 8AM. Funeral mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Tues. 4-8PM. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery Melrose.
